The new software-controlled hot gas heating system enables the precise heating of products with varying viscosities, even in small quantities—up to 20% of the maximum capacity—without burning or sticking. The innovative stirrer continuously mixes the product both circularly and vertically to achieve uniform texture and temperature.

Lid:
The double lid features an opening system operated by servo-assisted hydraulic pistons, allowing easy ingredient addition even while the product is in progress. This design ensures compliance with certified EC safety regulations without needing to stop the machine.
