Smarty is the combined unit of the Valmar Quick series.
It features two independent tanks: the upper tank provides high-efficiency heating for automatic pasteurization, cooking, and heating, while the lower cylinder cools and batch freezes like Valmar's batch freezers.
Special attention is given to processed gelato quality and total energy efficiency.
The batch freezers of the Quick series offer 4 programs to achieve unique end-product quality.

The hydraulic piston-operated double lid allows for easy ingredient addition during processing without interrupting the programme.
Anti-Squirt Pipe:
The external anti-squirt pipe enables direct pouring of pasteurized products into the batch freezing cylinder, maintaining the independence of the two tanks.

High Capacity Big Size Model:
Capable of producing up to 18 kg of gelato mix every 10 minutes, the Smarty Quick Big Size meets the needs of the most demanding workrooms, both in quantity and quality.
