TANK DIMENSIONS:
The tank is designed with a large bottom surface area, optimizing thermal exchange without burning or sticking any product, even delicate or small quantities.

Heating Cooking without Burning:
Achieving fast performance, high temperature precision, and reduced thermal inertia is challenging, especially for dense products. Smarty TTi makes it easier with:Double- and triple-resistance heating devices (for Smarty 12 and 16 TTi) electronically controlled by PLC, allowing for individual, alternative, or simultaneous operation. Three probes for precise temperature control and reduced thermal inertia. Uniform heating from 20% to 100% of the tank's maximum capacity. Cooking temperatures up to 98°C.  

STIRRING, MIXING, BLENDING:
The stirrer, equipped with a patented counter-stirrer, ensures quick dispersion and solubilization of solid ingredients into liquids. It is easily and completely dismountable.

LID:
The double lid, operated by servo-assisted hydraulic pistons, allows for easy ingredient introduction during processing without stopping the machine, fully complying with EC safety regulations. 

TAP:
External tap directs the mix to the batch freezing tank, separating the heating system from the cooling one. Gradual opening system. Easy to dismount for thorough sanitation. Made of 18/10 stainless steel for durability and easy dishwasher cleaning. Rotates up to 180° for independent operation of the heating tank.  

VERSATILITY
Allows heating and cooking with product output directly from the heating cylinder, independent of the batch freezing cylinder. Anti-squirt system during pouring and batch freezer operation with liquid mix. Shelf space for hot product output independent from the cooling cylinder. 

HOPPER:
The wide hopper, with a patented safety guard on the batch freezer door, facilitates cylinder loading when the batch freezer operates independently from the heating system.
