Pasteurization Temperatures:
Sweety TTi offers traditional and standard pasteurization and aging temperatures suggested by the software. Additionally, it allows for the setting of customized values without limits.
Tank:
The single-unit, rectangular tank is made of stainless steel with round corners and a sloped bottom, which speeds up and assists the mix flow to the tap, even for very dense mixes.
Tap:
The tap is completely made of 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring high resistance over time
It features:
• A mix rejection system to avoid residuals in the tap after mix dispensing.
• Automatic washing after each mix dispensing.
• Fast and easy removal for cleaning.
Shelf Space:
Sweety TTi includes a steel shelf space where buckets are placed during the mix dispensing process, preventing the bucket bottom from contacting the floor. The shelf is easily removable and washable.
Automatic Litre Counter for Water Supply:
The machine is equipped with an automatic litre counter for presetting the amount of water to be poured into the tank, which is particularly useful for partial milk reconstitution.
